Generate a skill draft

POST 
/api/workspaces/:workspace_slug/skills/generate/

Generates an editable draft without persisting it. Provide exactly one source mode: non-empty post_ids or use_recent=true. Pass the returned single-use, 30-minute generation_token to the create endpoint to retain server-verified provenance; replay is rejected with HTTP 400.
