Campaigns
A campaign groups posts around something with a beginning and an end — a launch, an event, a content series. Each campaign has a name, color, date range, an optional brief, and a status badge. A post belongs to at most one campaign.
Create a campaign
Open Campaigns in the sidebar and click New campaign:
- Name — up to 50 characters, unique per workspace.
- Color — shown as the campaign's dot everywhere it appears.
- Start date and End date — end must be on or after start. Picking a start date defaults the end date to 30 days later.
- Description — the campaign brief (editable later on the detail page).
Status lifecycle
| Status | Use it for |
|---|---|
| Draft | Still being planned (the default) |
| Scheduled | Locked in, hasn't started |
| Running | Currently live |
| Completed | Wrapped up |
| Cancelled | Called off |
Statuses are informational — you set them yourself (when editing the campaign); they don't change automatically when the date range starts or ends, and they don't affect publishing.
The Campaigns view
The Campaigns page lists every campaign with its color, date range, post count, and status badge. Click one to open the campaign detail page, where you can:
- Edit the brief inline (rich text).
- See every post assigned to the campaign.
- Click New post to create a post already assigned to this campaign.
- Edit or Delete the campaign from the ⋯ menu. Deleting a campaign never deletes its posts — they're just unassigned.
Assign posts
Two ways:
- On a post's detail page, open Campaign in the right-hand property pane and pick a campaign (or clear it).
- Create the post from the campaign detail page — it's pre-assigned.
In the Posts view you can filter by Campaign alongside labels and states.
